What we need:

The Solutions Specialist is an established performer that is responsible for developing schedules and coordinating all necessary resources to ensure timely delivery of requests and orders as well as customer satisfaction. This role will be responsible for understanding customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information, and delivering effective solutions to meet customer expectations.

What you'll do:

  • Provide customer support to telephone and email inquiries from customers, typically providing support to customers with larger or more complex requirements.
  • Utilize specialized knowledge and experience to assist customers with issues such as product selection, pricing, availability, or specifications.
  • Generate sales quotations, requiring a working knowledge of company products, procedures, and practices.
  • Actively engaged in selling company products and services. Provide material take offs, estimates, and pricing of large packages.ย Enter orders into the computer system.
  • Schedule the production and delivery of orders with production planning and manufacturing.
  • Use customer calls as opportunities to provide information about features and benefits of company products and services, and engage in researching, identifying, soliciting new customers, and expanding business with current customers.
  • Troubleshoot order processing issues to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize sales opportunities. Identify trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction.
  • May participate in coordinating and conducting customer workshops.
  • Plan and pace own work efficiency to meet daily, weekly, project or team-related productivity goals.
  • Remain current on customer preferences, changes in local codes, and product developments.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

What you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 2-4 years' relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • Knowledge of company products preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
