Job Overview:

Pay Range: $75.00hr - $80.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture.
  • Deep expertise in Solution Architecture and Enterprise Architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of API Design and Integration Patterns.
  • Experience with Cloud Architecture (Azure/AWS).
  • Proficiency in Microservices Architecture.
  • Technical proficiency in Java, Python, React, and Spring Boot.
  • Experience with Distributed Systems.
  • Domain experience in Healthcare, specifically Healthcare Payer, Claims Processing, Member Experience, G&A Functions, and Audit & Regulatory Workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and govern target-state architecture across Platform, Claims, G&A, and Agentic AI/Analytics tracks.
  • Lead architecture reviews to align current-state assessments with future-state recommendations.
  • Develop integration strategies, API frameworks, data flow patterns, and modernization roadmaps.
  • Identify architectural risks, dependencies, constraints, and governance requirements.
  • Translate Client findings into practical solution options and executive-ready recommendations.
  • Ensure cross-functional architecture consistency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide executive-level architecture recommendations and guide modernization efforts.
  • Deliver Target-State Architecture Views and Solution Architecture Principles.
  • Perform Architecture Risk and Dependency Assessments.
  • Create Future-State Roadmap Recommendations and Executive Architecture Recommendation Decks.

  • Experience with Agentic AI Frameworks, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML).
