RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking a Dynamics Solutions Manager to support a client undergoing a significant digital transformation initiative in Salt Lake City, UT.
Overview:
This role will partner closely with business and technology leaders to design, deliver, and evolve enterprise applications that improve operational efficiency and enhance both customer and employee experiences.
The Dynamics Solutions Manager will play a key role in aligning enterprise systems strategy with broader business objectives. This individual will lead cross-functional initiatives focused on modernizing core platforms, optimizing business processes, and delivering scalable digital solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of technical depth, business systems expertise, and leadership experience, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics ecosystems and enterprise application integrations.
This role will provide leadership across key platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights) along with warehouse management, CRM capabilities, and integrated third-party applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Microsoft Dynamics Platform Ownership:
* Oversee the architecture, implementation, and ongoing optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across multiple business functions
* Drive enhancements across CRM, ERP, and warehouse management capabilities to support evolving business requirements
* Manage integrations between Dynamics platforms and third-party systems to ensure secure and reliable data exchange
* Promote the use of low-code and no-code tools such as Power Platform to accelerate solution development and automation
Governance & Documentation:
* Maintain clear documentation related to system architecture, integrations, workflows, and operational procedures
* Establish best practices and governance standards for enterprise application lifecycle management
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
* 5+ years of experience working with enterprise applications, business systems, or digital solution delivery
* Experience leading cross-functional initiatives or managing enterprise technology projects
Technical & Functional Skills:
* Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Finance & Operations, Sales, or Customer Service
* Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, and warehouse management systems
* Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate) or similar low-code automation platforms
* Knowledge of integration architecture, APIs, and enterprise data workflows
* Experience with BI or reporting platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
* Understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and governance practices
Additional Strengths:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
* Knowledge of enterprise business processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Prospect-to-Quote, and Inventory-to-Delivery
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across both technical and business teams
Preferred Certifications:
* PMP (Project Management Professional)
* CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
* Lean or Six Sigma
* ITIL or related service management certification
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
