The Opportunity
As a Zuora Solution Architect - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their operational efficiency through the implementation and support of Zuora's Quote-to-Revenue solutions. Within our Finance practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.
In this role at PwC, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same, all while upholding professional and technical standards. By embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same, contributing to the success of our firm.
Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation of Zuora's Quote-to-Revenue solutions to optimize client operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored software solutions within the Zuora platform
- Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Conducting training sessions for clients to facilitate seamless integration and utilization of Zuora applications
- Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders, escalating when necessary
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct
- Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to improve service delivery
- Identifying opportunities for business growth and strategic improvements within client engagements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
