- Onboard new customers to IT SC Robotics services, ensuring they understand fulfillment capabilities, lead times, and performance expectations; develop customized data dashboards using analytics tools to track OTIF, deliverable percentage, and inventory levels
- Lead and execute supply chain improvement programs across your customer portfolio, including process optimization, automation initiatives, and service enhancements that drive measurable improvements in OTIF, cost, and customer satisfaction
- Apply program management discipline to customer initiatives, including defining scope, developing workback schedules, coordinating cross-functional resources, tracking milestones, and managing risks and dependencies
- Partner with IT program managers to understand technical requirements and translate them into operational solutions, ensuring alignment between customer program needs and supply chain capabilities
- Collect and synthesize voice of customer feedback, translating operational challenges and requirements into actionable insights for SC leadership
- Drive account strategy by deeply understanding the unique requirements, challenges, and future needs of customers in your assigned regions, using those insights to design high-quality, value-adding supply chain solutions
- Leverage data analysis and Python scripting to extract insights from supply chain data, automate reporting, identify trends, and support data-driven decision making for your customer accounts
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional internal stakeholders to align resources and prioritize successful outcomes for your diverse customer portfolio
- Communicate performance metrics and KPIs (e.g., OTIF, deliverable percentage, inventory levels) to IT SC Robotics and customer leadership through regular reporting and business reviews
- Facilitate regular internal customer and impacted stakeholder meetings to align supply chain service capabilities with your customers' business operations, interactions, and growth strategies
- Coordinate inventory procurement, prioritization, and delivery timelines to meet customer commitments for IT infrastructure and end-user equipment orders
