  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex data, platform, performance, and integration issues.
  • Implement monitoring, observability, and data quality controls to ensure platform reliability and trustworthiness.
  • Continuously improve performance, scalability, maintainability, and cost efficiency of data solutions.

Platform Engineering & Delivery
  • Contribute directly to sprint commitments through engineering, development, testing, deployment, and support activities.
  • Lead technical implementation efforts for strategic Data Solutions initiatives.
  • Participate in backlog refinement, solution estimation, technical reviews, and release planning activities.
  • Review and contribute code to ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
  • Support production environments through root cause analysis, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive automation and operational efficiency across development, deployment, monitoring, and support processes.

Mentorship & Governance:
  • Mentor engineers through technical coaching, code reviews, pair programming, and collaborative solution development.
  • Lead by example through direct engineering contribution and delivery ownership.
  • Promote engineering best practices, reusable patterns, and modern development methodologies.
