Position Overview

Digital Solutions Engineer to join its Digital Solutions and Global Client Experience team. This role serves as the technical implementation specialist, partnering closely with Digital Solutions Consultants to transform business requirements into effective digital solutions. The Digital Solutions Engineer will design, configure, integrate, test, and implement technology solutions that improve productivity, automate manual processes, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall digital experience.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Develop automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

·        Configure and support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Forms, and Outlook.

·        Build API integrations and connect enterprise systems.

·        Implement solutions using AI, LLMs, and machine learning technologies.

·        Configure ServiceNow and other workflow/automation platforms.

·        Support digital productivity and AV solutions.

·        Test, troubleshoot, deploy, and document technical solutions.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and provide technical guidance/training.

 

Required Skills:

·        Strong Microsoft Power Platform experience.

·        Advanced Microsoft 365 knowledge.

·        Experience with AI/LLMs and machine learning.

·        API integration and enterprise system connectivity.

·        Workflow automation and process improvement experience.

·        Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
