  • Coordinating and assigning laboratory testing and reviewing results for accuracy and applicability.
  • Analyzing laboratory data and soil properties to support engineering recommendations.
  • Preparing and contributing to technical geotechnical reports involving foundations, pavements, slopes, retaining structures, and earthwork.
  • Collaborating with related disciplines, including land development, surveying, and transportation-to gain a broad, integrated understanding of project delivery.
  • Applying cross‑disciplinary knowledge to develop practical, constructible solutions.

Qualifications & Skills
The ideal candidate will bring both technical capability and a collaborative mindset. Required and preferred qualifications include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (geotechnical emphasis preferred).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Nevada.
  • 3+ years of geotechnical engineering experience.
  • Working knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles and practices, including field investigations, laboratory testing, and geotechnical reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively with a dedicated, team‑oriented group.
  • Strong skills in organization, data gathering, and technical analysis.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with clients, contractors, laboratories, and internal teams.
  • A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to continue learning and advancing professionally.

The range does not reflect geographic variations and may fluctuate above or below the stated amount. Offers will be based on several factors, including experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, training, and location.
