The Opportunity

As a Solution Sales Executive, you'll have the opportunity to work with innovative conversational voice AI offerings, partner closely with account teams, and shape how organizations engage with their customers. What You Bring
- 5+ years quota-carrying experience selling voice solutions in contact center space
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding $1M+ annual quotas
- Deep knowledge of IVR/IVA and contact center technologies
- Experience with Salesforce for forecasting and opportunity management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Healthcare or health/life sciences industry experience
- Experience with conversational AI technologies
- Existing relationships in healthcare provider market
- Willingness to travel to customers as needed (25-30% travel expected)
