Job Summary:
Keylent Inc is a company seeking a Solution Designer skilled in the design and implementation of IT systems in a complex environment. The role involves requirement analysis, data modeling, systems integration, and functional component design across various digital channels and domains.
Responsibilities:
• Detailed understanding of Telecom products, processes and business support systems
• Work with product managers and technical teams to understand product requirements and platform capabilities
• Create and maintain IT architectures and high level designs to enable the development of IT systems covering multiple domains listed above
• Gain agreement for designs/models from stakeholders
• Design and Validate HLDs with business
• Work with IT systems development teams to ensure understanding and compliance to HLDs produced
• Review Low Level Designs (LLDs) produced by IT systems development teams for compliance to HLDs
• Proactively resolve gaps in the designs as they are found, through the build and test cycles
• Provide support to developers and other architects during implementation of projects, manage design changes
Qualifications:
Required:
• Skilled in design & implementation of IT systems in a complex environment.
• Requirement analysis, data modelling, systems integration, and functional component design spanning B2B and B2C Online Digital Channels, CRM, Rating and Charging, Mediation, Billing, Provisioning and Activation, Middleware, IOT, Data Analytics, Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management System, Commission Management, Retail store systems.
• Detailed understanding of Telecom products, processes and business support systems.
• Work with product managers and technical teams to understand product requirements and platform capabilities.
• Create and maintain IT architectures and high level designs to enable the development of IT systems covering multiple domains listed above.
• Gain agreement for designs/models from stakeholders.
• Design and Validate HLDs with business.
• Work with IT systems development teams to ensure understanding and compliance to HLDs produced.
