  • 6-8+ years of professional design experience, including 2-4 years in a management or supervisory role with excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to oversee multi-disciplinary design teams and deliver high-quality work across interactive, UI/UX, print, and web with Spanish and WCAG familiarity being a plus.
  • Owning the team's AI playbook, piloting approved tools, review processes, licensing, data privacy, and brand integrity, and establishing QA/review gates for AI-generated work.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in interactive and visual design.
  • Ability to translate creative workflows into trackable project systems and documentation.

Please submit a resume and cover letter along with three references.
