We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our growing team in the Fort Wayne, IN market and surrounding areas.

General Purpose

The Call Center Representative is responsible for contacting homeowners by phone, qualifying potential customers, scheduling appointments for free in-home consultations, and providing excellent customer service throughout the process.

Successful candidates will be comfortable communicating with homeowners, following proven call scripts, overcoming objections, and maintaining accurate customer information.

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to homeowners and respond to inbound leads from advertising campaigns.
  • Deliver professional scripted presentations to potential customers.
  • Adjust conversations based on homeowner needs and interests.
  • Answer homeowner questions and handle objections effectively.
