Job Summary :Sr SOLR Developer Relevant Experience (Yrs) - 5+ years of experience in Java development with fundamentals in design patterns security and front end development - Experience with J2EE and Spring required - Full stack development including Java Apache Solr Spring Hibernate SQL and No-SQL databases jQuery ExtJS CSS RESTful Web Services - Experience on solr as part of cloudera distribution is an added advantage Technical/Functional Skills 3. Shift :09:00 AM to 06:00 PM PST 4. Roles & Responsibilities :Experience of development and supporting applications on SOLR Technology Platform and Engine configuration - Experience in Java - Exposure to writing and deploying custom components in Solr - Hands on experience with Solr 5.x or higher - Experience in Integrating SOLR Search with Java based applications - Have basic understanding of UML XML Web Services Generic Skills - Ability to take business requirements and develop functional design and help in technical design. - Ability to work with remote teams - Ability to manage project scope. - Ability to ensure quality of the delivered components. - Onshore / Offshore team management - Offshore co-ordination for construction and testing of defects/BRs review and code delivery 5.
