TOP SHELF MANUFACTURING, INC., located in Warren, Ohio, is seeking skilled Solid Surface Fabricators to join our team. As a Solid Surface Fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, packaging, and forming solid surface materials into countertops and shower components. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.

Responsibilities:

- Cutting, routing, sanding, gluing, forming, and packaging solid surface materials and components

- Reading and interpreting drawings or work orders to ensure accurate fabrication

- Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organized work area

- Collaborating effectively with team members to meet production goals

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new fabrication techniques and processes

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in reading a tape measure and using precision tools

- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work orders

- Strong adherence to safety protocols and procedures

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
