This position is responsible for countertop installation. Attention to detail and communication are a must for this job. Candidates with prior experience installing granite or other similar products is preferred.

Primary Job Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Safely transport finished material from the truck to the area where it will be installed.
  • Install countertops and shower panels in a neat and professional manner.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughly completing each task are a must.
  • Work cooperatively as part of a team while being able to work independently when needed.
  • Maintain all tools in a safe working manner, and immediately report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
  • Communicate with the office and the field supervisors for scheduling issues.
  • Qualified candidates may drive their own or company vehicles to and from the job site.
  • Qualified driver candidates will maintain the vehicle in a safe working manner and immediately report any vehicle malfunctions to their supervisor.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with office staff, supervisors and job foremen.
  • Willingness to accept training and learn new skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility – may be asked to work flexible hours and some overtime.
  • Dependability and integrity – Candidates must be reliable, responsible and dedicated to represent our company in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Integrity – Must be honest and ethical.

Education & Experience

  • Physical ability to lift heavy items and willingness to learn safe lifting techniques.
  • Required: clean driving record
