Job Summary

The Culinary Carver is responsible for expertly carving and presenting premium meats at chef-attended carving stations while delivering exceptional guest service. This role ensures food quality, portion consistency, food safety, and an engaging guest experience in a fast-paced event environment.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Carve and portion meats including beef, turkey, ham, pork, and other proteins according to company standards.
  • Set up, maintain, and break down carving stations before, during, and after events.
  • Present food in an attractive and professional manner.
  • Assist chefs and culinary staff with stocking stations and replenishing inventory by running to main kitchen. 
  • Interact with guests in a friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging manner.
  • Maintain proper food temperatures and follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Monitor product levels and communicate replenishment needs to the culinary team.
  • Ensure clean, organized, and sanitized workstations throughout the event.
  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and additional culinary duties as assigned.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and uniform standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
