About the Role The Dietary Server at CarDon and Associates Corp plays a vital role in ensuring that residents receive nutritious and well-presented meals tailored to their dietary needs. This position focuses on delivering exceptional service by engaging residents to understand their preferences and dietary restrictions, thereby enhancing their dining experience. The Dietary Server is responsible for maintaining high standards of sanitation and food safety to promote a healthy environment. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with the dietary team to support meal preparation and timely delivery. Ultimately, the Dietary Server contributes to the overall well-being and satisfaction of residents through attentive and compassionate service. Job Responsibilities
  • Serve meals to residents in accordance with prescribed dietary plans and preferences.
  • Engage with residents to understand their needs and provide personalized dining assistance.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining and food service areas.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas, ensuring all equipment and utensils are properly sanitized.
  • Collaborate with dietary staff to support meal preparation and inventory management.
  • Report any resident concerns or dietary issues to the supervisory team promptly.
Minimum Qualifications
