They play a crucial role in helping communities transition to renewable sources of energy by ensuring solar power systems operate efficiently and safely. Their duties may include assembling panels, wiring electrical components, and performing routine inspections. Solar workers often work outdoors and must follow strict safety protocols while working on rooftops or construction sites.

What are some typical challenges solar workers face when installing solar panels on-site?

Solar Workers often encounter challenges such as working in varying weather conditions, managing the safe handling of heavy equipment, and ensuring precise installation on rooftops or uneven terrain.
