Associate Buyer โ€“ Project Procurement (Renewable Energy)

1-year contract | 40 hrs/week | Hybrid/Remote

Weโ€™re looking for an Associate Buyer to support procurement and contract administration across earlyโ€‘stage renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and BESS. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, SAP experience, and at least 1 year in the renewable energy sector.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Create and maintain purchase orders (POs) and process change orders in SAP.
  • Verify invoices, resolve discrepancies with Accounts Payable, and support monthโ€‘end accruals.
  • Assist with contract routing, documentation, and approvals.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to gather scope details and ensure deliverables.
  • Maintain procurement trackers, support reporting, and help improve SAP workflows.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • 1 year of renewable energy experience (solar, wind, or BESS).
  • SAP experience with POs, change orders, and invoice workflows.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
