Salary: $80,000–$115,000
Bonus: 10% Annual Bonus Potential

First Solar, America's leading solar technology company, is seeking a Senior International Tax Analyst to join its growing International Tax team. What You'll Do:
As a Senior International Tax Analyst, you'll play a key role supporting First Solar's global tax operations by:
- Preparing and reviewing U.S. international tax compliance filings, including Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118, and related workpapers
- Supporting quarterly and annual international tax reporting, including Subpart F, CFC Tested Income (GILTI), foreign tax credits, Section 956, earnings & profits studies, and other cross-border tax matters
- Conducting international tax research and documenting tax positions and risks
- Assisting with international tax planning initiatives, entity elections, and strategic tax analyses
- Supporting U.S. withholding tax compliance
- Partnering with external tax advisors, auditors, and international business partners
- Preparing supporting schedules, journal entries, reconciliations, and tax documentation
- Helping improve tax reporting processes and efficiencies
- Staying current on evolving U.S. and international tax regulations
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of tax experience
- International Tax experience is required
- Experience preparing and/or reviewing U.S. international tax compliance forms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3–7 years of relevant tax experience
- Public Accounting (Big Four or Regional) or multinational corporate tax experience
- Experience using CSC CorpTax software
- CPA, MST, or MBA
