This role is designed for someone who wants to build people, not just sell.
The Role

As a Solar Recruiting & Field Coordinator, your responsibility is to help grow and stabilize the local market team.
You will:
  • Assist with recruiting setters and entry-level reps
  • Conduct initial screenings and onboarding support
  • Help train and deploy new reps in the field
  • Track attendance, activity, and performance
  • Support daily execution standards and accountability
  • Work closely with Market Leadership
This is a hands-on role part recruiting, part field support, part leadership development.
