Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field.
  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of I&C systems, control technologies, and instrumentation.
  • Ability to read engineering/construction drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with AutoCAD Electrical.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Detail-oriented, able to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.


Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Develop schedules, budgets, resource plans, and proposals.
  • Manage client relationships and provide project updates.
  • Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate engineers, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Prepare project reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Review control panel calculations, drawings, I/O lists, submittals, O&M manuals, and PLC wiring diagrams.
  • Support on-site technicians and programmers.
