The Opportunity

As a B2B Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in driving our mission forward. You'll actively prospect and engage with businesses throughout Maryland, educating them about the advantages of community solar and guiding them through the enrollment process. You'll be responsible for exceeding sales targets, building strong relationships, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements
  • College degree and/or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience in business sales
  • 2 years of experience networking
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the solar industry (a plus).
  • Proficiency in cold calling, email communication, and CRM software.
