Job description

Dynamic, a fast-growing home services company, is hiring a Tree Operations Manager to lead our high-volume Tree Division. You will manage field operations, oversee independent subcontractor crews, coordinate dozens of active residential projects, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage Subcontractor Crews: Direct daily schedules for multiple subcontractors, verify scope awareness before jobs start, and build long-term working relationships.
  • Coordinate Field Projects: Oversee dozens of concurrent projects—handling scheduling, permits, equipment logistics, and conflict resolution.
  • Drive Customer Experience: Act as the primary operational contact for homeowners, providing proactive communication and ensuring clean, safe jobsites.
  • Maintain Quality & Safety: Conduct quality inspections, enforce safety standards, and keep job callback and rework rates low.
  • Recruit & Scale: Vet, onboard, and build a reliable pipeline of skilled tree service and landscaping subcontractors.
  • Optimize Workflows: Leverage field service software and CRM tools to streamline operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience managing field operations in tree service, landscaping, construction, or similar trades.
  • Proven track record managing subcontractors and multi-crew schedules simultaneously.
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication skills and leadership under pressure.

Preferred Experience:

  • Hands-on knowledge of tree trimming, residential removal, and stump grinding.
  • Experience with CRM or Field Service software (Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, etc.).
  • Bilingual skills (English / Spanish) are a plus.

Compensation & Performance Incentives

  • Base Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 per year
  • Performance Bonus: Bonus structure tied directly to customer satisfaction, Google reviews, gross margins, project accuracy, crew utilization, and safety records.
