Director of Field Operations – Lead and Scale Regional Solar, Roofing, and Electrical Divisions for Quality Solar


Job Overview

You will step into a pivotal executive leadership role designed to scale multi-departmental field operations and optimize regional logistics. By developing high-performing crews and implementing robust operational systems, you will directly drive the next phase of aggressive organizational growth. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Oversee daily residential and commercial solar installations, electrical upgrades, and regional roofing production.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience specifically within solar, roofing, electrical, or construction field operations.
