Job Title: Solar Laborer - Land Maintenance

Pay is $25/hr

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Solar Laborer to join our team and assist with land maintenance duties. This role involves operating riding mowers and weed wackers, and requires familiarity with solar arrays. The successful candidate must be committed to adhering to safety guidelines and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Operate riding mowers and weed wackers for land maintenance.
  • Ensure familiarity with solar arrays for effective maintenance.
  • Adhere strictly to safety guidelines at all times.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the entire shift.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in land maintenance and vegetation management.
  • Proficiency with riding mowers and weed wackers.
  • Familiarity with solar arrays.
  • Certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Background in solar and construction is advantageous.

This is a Contract position based out of Lancaster, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
