Job Description
We are hiring experienced installers to support a fast-paced data center project focused on the cutting, assembly, and installation of Unistrut support systems. This is a high-volume, production-style role where consistency, speed, and accuracy are key to success.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and installing structural support systems used for cable tray, conduit, and other infrastructure throughout the facility. You will work alongside a team in an active construction environment, often performing repetitive installations while maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have experience with metal framing systems or similar installation work.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Cut, measure, and assemble Unistrut channel systems
  • Build and install trapeze-style supports and framing structures
  • Install supports for cable tray, conduit, and related systems
  • Anchor systems to ceilings, walls, and floors
  • Read and interpret basic layout drawings and installation specifications
  • Operate lifts and perform overhead work as required
  • Maintain a consistent and efficient production pace
  • Follow all site safety protocols and guidelines
Required Experience / Skills
  • Experience with Unistrut or similar metal framing systems
  • Proficient with power tools (band saw, drill, impact, etc.)
  • Ability to read a tape measure and perform accurate layouts
  • Comfortable working 60+ hours per week
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
  • Comfortable working at heights and on lifts
  • Reliable transportation to staging or travel departure points
Nice-to-Haves
  • Commercial electrical experience (especially strut or rack work)
  • Cable tray or ladder rack installation experience
  • Data center or mission-critical project experience
  • Solar installation background
  • Mechanical or MEP installation experience with framing systems
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
