Job description

Promote and enforce a safe work environment and safe work practices for all trades and the overall construction site.  Supervise and coordinate various trades work to ensure safety, quality and production fulfilled on the project, in accordance with plans and specifications, while ensuring a professional manor for the company and or owner.Position is considered a Foreman, with an expectation of significant past field leadership experience.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall onsite leadership for selfperform concrete, civil and solar operations on largescale commercial projects
  • Supervise and coordinate multiple foremen and crews to meet safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives
  • Lead and enforce jobsite safety culture, including stretch and flex and adherence to project rules and procedures
  • Participate in project planning, sequencing, and coordination with project management and other trades
  • Read and interpret drawings and specifications; coordinate means and methods to expedite schedule and reduce cost
  • Maintain accountability for manpower and equipment costs within the concrete, civil anf solar scope
  • Resolve field issues, support trade coordination, and provide clear direction to field leadership

Experience

  • Typically 10+ years of construction experience with deep concrete, civil and solar expertise and proven site leadership
