What is a solar drone inspection?

A solar drone inspection is the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) equipped with cameras and sensors to assess the condition and performance of solar panels and solar farms. These drones capture high-resolution images and thermal data to quickly identify issues such as dirt buildup, cracks, faulty connections, or hotspots without the need for manual inspection. This method increases efficiency, reduces downtime, and improves safety by eliminating the need for technicians to physically access hard-to-reach or hazardous areas.
