QSS set up a design standard and installation guide for EnFin TPO and provide a specialized Quality assurance review service. QSS monitors all assets proactively to resolve any issue, so that maximizes homeowner experience and capital investor’s value.

This position is specifically responsible for overseeing Performance Guarantee (PG) data, calculating payout amounts when production targets are not met, and leading the alignment process with customers and partners. The ideal candidate will combine technical data expertise with a financial mindset to ensure accurate compensation and maintain strong investor and customer relationships. This position ensures accurate system performance reporting, identifies underperforming sites, and supports operational and financial decision-making through actionable, data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate will bring strong data management expertise, an investor-focused analytical mindset, and proven leadership experience within the solar, energy, or utility sectors. This role is responsible for developing and implementing performance analysis processes, collaborating closely with the Investor Care Management team, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across TPO business operations to maximize asset value and customer satisfaction.

Qcells is strategically positioned to capture this growth through the domestic content tax credit adder, established dealer partnerships, and a robust point-of-sale financing platform.
This position reports to the Head of QSS Financial Planning and Accounting, or other personnel designated by the President of the Company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Performance Guarantee Data Management: Monitor actual energy generation across large TPO portfolios and maintain data consistency between monitoring portals and contractual guarantee values.
  • Payout Calculation & Validation: Identify underperforming sites, investigate production loss causes, and precisely calculate payout amounts based on specific contractual Performance Guarantee terms.
  • Customer & Partner Alignment: Act as the primary point of contact to align with customers (homeowners) and investors regarding performance data and calculated payout amounts.
  • Reporting & Automation: Develop and automate performance guarantee dashboards and generate periodic reports for internal stakeholders and external investors.
  • Financial Reconciliation Support: Collaborate with finance teams to validate PPA billing and ensure accurate financial provisioning for potential guarantee payouts.
  • Process Optimization: Contribute to the continuous improvement of performance analysis workflows, KPIs, and reporting templates to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Maintain regular communication with field service teams, O&M providers, and global departments to resolve complex performance issues.
  • Assist in root-cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions for recurring performance problems.
  • Support special projects such as system repowering, warranty claims, transferring or deactivation
  • Maintain regular communication with other company groups and departments locally and globally.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by the Head of the QSS Financial planning and Analysis, or upper management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data analytics, renewable energy, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the solar industry, with a focus on energy performance analysis, asset management, or energy data analytics (TPO experience preferred).
  • Proficiency with solar monitoring platforms such as Enphase, SolarEdge, and Tesla.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, or Snowflake is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of PV system design, metering, performance ratios, and key performance indicators (e.g., availability, yield).
  • Familiarity with Third-Party Ownership (TPO) structures, including PPA, lease, and host agreements.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data, generate insights, and produce clear performance and financial reports.
  • Experience using CRM and asset management platforms, preferably Salesforce.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative, customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to identify and develop key strategic partnerships that enhance business performance.
  • High degree of professionalism, initiative, and strategic thinking.
