Crypto Brand Evangelist & Growth Specialist - CENTRIC

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Crypto Specialist and Brand Evangelist who lives and breathes cryptocurrency culture. In this high-impact role, you will work directly with the Centric team to aggressively promote and evangelize the Centric brand (CNR & CNS). Your primary focus will be generating buzz, fostering deep community engagement, leveraging social media for viral growth, securing coverage, forging strategic partnerships, negotiating collaborations/deals, and executing initiatives that drive attention, user acquisition, holder growth, and overall ecosystem expansion.

This is not a traditional 9-5 role—it’s for someone who thrives in the fast-paced, always-on world of crypto, where community sentiment, memes, AMAs, and real-time interactions can move markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Evangelism & Marketing — Create and distribute compelling content (threads, videos, memes, infographics, AMAs) that educates and excites audiences about Centric’s unique dual-token model, hourly growth mechanics, Solana migration, and path to mass adoption.

• Community Leadership — Build, engage, and moderate vibrant communities across platforms (Telegram, Discord, X/Twitter, Reddit, etc.). Host regular AMAs, Twitter Spaces, live streams, and events. Respond rapidly to community questions, feedback, and FUD while cultivating a positive, informed, and loyal holder base.

• Social Media Mastery — Own and grow Centric’s social presence with high-volume, high-engagement posting. Use trends, viral strategies, influencer shoutouts, and targeted campaigns to increase followers, impressions, and conversions to wallets/swaps.

• Press & Media Relations — Pitch stories, secure features, interviews, and coverage in crypto media outlets (CoinDesk, Coin Telegraph, YouTube channels, podcasts, etc.)

• Partnerships & Business Development — Identify, outreach to, and negotiate partnerships with exchanges, influencers, wallets, DeFi protocols, merchants, projects, ambassadors, and other entities. Secure listings, co-marketing deals, integrations, cross-promotions, and strategic collaborations that expand reach and utility.

• Growth & Metrics — Propose and execute experiments/campaigns to accelerate adoption and brand awareness.

• Content & Campaign Creation — Collaborate on marketing materials, whitepaper updates, roadmaps, guides, and promotional assets that highlight Centric’s strengths (e.g., predictable value accrual, censorship resistance, community-driven tools).

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in cryptocurrency marketing, community management, or business development

• Deep passion for crypto with a strong personal network in the space (influencers, traders, builders, media).

• Proven track record of growing communities and social channels

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable on camera for videos, Spaces, and interviews.

• Experience negotiating partnerships, deals, and collaborations in crypto.

• Familiarity with tools like Discord/Telegram bots, analytics (Dune, Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics), content tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.), and crypto wallets/exchanges.

• Self-starter with high energy, creativity, and resilience in a volatile industry.

• Availability for flexible hours (crypto never sleeps—expect evenings/weekends for events and global engagement).

• Strong understanding of Centric’s model (or quick ability to master it) is a big plus.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Solana ecosystem projects.

• Existing audience or following in crypto Twitter/X.

• Graphic design, video editing, or meme-creation skills.

• Prior success in token launches, migrations, or adoption-focused campaigns.

• Multilingual capabilities for global outreach.

Compensation & Payment Terms

• Annual total: $100,000 USD equivalent (flexible and open to negotiation prior to starting, based on experience, track record, network, expected impact, and market conditions).

• Structured as a 50/50 split:

• 50% ($50,000 USD equivalent) in USDT (stablecoin)

• 50% ($50,000 USD equivalent) in Centric tokens (combination of Centric Rise (CNR) and/or Centric Swap (CNS), at the project’s discretion based on ecosystem needs and token utility).

Payment Frequency

• Weekly disbursements (both USDT and token portions) to align with high-energy, always-on crypto work.

• USDT portion: paid weekly in arrears via on-chain transfer to your designated secure wallet.

• Token portion: distributed weekly

Negotiation

The $100,000 base is not fixed—candidates with exceptional crypto marketing/community growth history, strong networks, personal audience, or proven ability to drive rapid adoption can negotiate a higher base before starting.
