Job Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including physical examinations and comprehensive assessments of medical history.

• Provide intraoperative assistance, including preparing operating room settings, ensuring proper patient positioning, and passing surgical instruments during operations.
• Offer outstanding pre- and post-surgical care, including administering medications, managing wounds, planning for discharges, and educating patients.

Education Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Completion of clinical rotations with a focus on surgical care is strongly preferred.

Certifications Needed

• Current and valid PA-C certification.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant.
