About Us

Sojourn Resorts is a modern tiny home resort developed by Ghosal Luxury Lodging, a top-performing hospitality company in the Smoky Mountains. Our properties are thoughtfully designed, tech-enabled, and focused on delivering a seamless, high-quality guest experience.
Were looking for a detail-oriented Hotel Cleaner / Housekeeper to help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our brand-new tiny home units and shared spaces.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for cleaning guest units and maintaining common areas across the property. Our units are tiny homes (200280 sq ft), so attention to detail and comfort working in smaller spaces is key.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and reset tiny home units between guest stays
  • Change bed linens and restock guest toiletries
  • Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and all interior surfaces
  • Maintain cleanliness of common areas and outdoor spaces
  • Inspect units for cleanliness, damages, and missing items
  • Report maintenance or supply needs to the team
  • Ensure each unit meets company cleanliness standards before check-in
Requirements

  • Comfortable working in small spaces and loft areas (including climbing steps)
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently
  • Reliable transportation
  • Prior housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience required
