Aerospace Production Certification Assessor

Pay Rate: Up to $32.00 per hour
Location: Everett, WA
Schedule: Approximately 32 hours per week, based on client demand
Travel: Mileage reimbursement available for qualifying commutes
Work Authorization: Candidates must meet U.S. Person requirements per client policy

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Production Certification Assessor to support aerospace manufacturing training and certification programs. This position plays a critical role in evaluating workforce competencies through hands-on and theoretical assessments while ensuring compliance with aerospace industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in aerospace manufacturing, production training, quality assessment, or technical instruction and possess strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and evaluate aerospace manufacturing skills assessments and certification programs.
  • Conduct both practical and theoretical evaluations of trainees and employees.
  • Assess competencies in aerospace production processes and manufacturing standards.
  • Accurately record grades, attendance, and assessment results with 100% accuracy.
  • Manage multiple participants and evaluation schedules simultaneously.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
  • Communicate status updates, concerns, and recommendations to management in a timely manner.
  • Remain current on aerospace industry standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service while supporting workforce development initiatives.
