About the Role
The Salon Guest Services Supervisor (Trainee) supports daily salon operations while learning to lead teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Salon Operations & Floor Support
  • Help coordinate the service floor to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Assist with staff coverage and designer schedules
  • Support salon leadership with communication and implementation of Mango initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to meet guest needs

  • Learn to lead by example and support team success
