General Summary/Responsibilities:
Status: PRN / Support
Department: Pharmacy
Facility: Miami Valley Hospital
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, Coordinator, Team Leaders, and Pharmacists and according to standard procedures, upon receiving physician orders, assists in the preparation, distribution, and documentation of medication processes within the health care system.
507-Certified Pharmacy Technician HS-High School Diploma
Education
Minimum Level of Education Required: High School completion / GED
Additional requirements:
    • Type of degree: Must be enrolled in a College of Pharmacy
    • Area of study or major: Pharmacy
