Description:

The Software Tester II is responsible for executing comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the quality, functionality, and performance of software applications. This mid-level role works closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to identify defects, validate requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools
  • Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and verify fixes
  • Participate in requirement reviews to provide feedback from a QA perspective
