The Opportunity
As part of the Software and Product Innovation
- Quality Engineering team you lead the creation and implementation of impactful quality engineering initiatives. As a Manager you guide the execution of our quality engineering strategy, maintaining a customer-centric approach that supports PwC's goals and vision. You are responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and reporting of multiple projects, managing a moderate to large team, and maintaining adherence to processes and timelines.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4 years of QA, technology or PwC experience
- Microsoft certification
- Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, for each year of college not completed, demonstrate three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology, in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role.

- Demonstrating knowledge of Quality Engineering and substantial knowledge in planning, executing, monitoring and test reporting for multiple projects
- Exhibiting a proven record of success in leading a moderate to large size team of 5 to 10 cross-functional resources
- Managing, facilitating and delivering skills and the ability to manage a number of projects, meet deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations
- Communicating effectively and building rapport with team members, stakeholders and business partners
- Possessing communication skills for both technical and nontechnical audience
- Being a thought leader at a Lead capacity with a considerable level of thinking aptitude
- Managing team (Offshore) in delivery of test planning, preparation, and execution activities
- Being accountable for project/release testing (e.g. integration, business acceptance, performance, deployment verification)

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
