Job description

Duties Description The Civil Service Assistant Test Center Supervisor aids the Test Center Supervisor in managing and overseeing test administration at a test site. The duties of the Assistant Test Center Supervisor will include: Understanding and complying with all examination guidelines. Assisting the Test Center Supervisor with facility and room set-up.

Providing assistance to test site staff and candidates. Ensuring that candidates are provided with appropriate instructions, answer sheets, and associated test materials, as well as a conducive test environment. Assisting the Test Center Supervisor with the receipt, distribution, and return of test material in a secure manner.

Travel will be required throughout the School Districts. Minimum Qualifications Possession of a High School Diploma or GED. Two years of customer service work experience and one year of supervisory experience.

Ability to work with a diverse population in a calm and courteous manner under stressful conditions. Additional Comments Candidates will be required to work at Testing Sites at all locations. Some positions may require additional credentials or a background check to verify your identity.
