Job description

SDET Position

Mandatory skills: SDET, Python, Cypress. To be responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance or solutions for work completion. Responsible for the creation of automated test frameworks, design and implementation of test cases, and writing code to improve the overall testability of software. Assesses and understands the flow of code and its interaction with various processes. Documents processes and client demands for process improvement. Logs, manages, and tracks user issues and cases. Performs manual regression testing. Troubleshoots bugs and other issues on mobile, desktop, and web-based platforms. Tests automation builds, execution, and script troubleshooting. Automation testing data validation, cypress etc for SDET; good people that can communicate effectively and work independently. To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions; define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
