Job Overview:

Pay Range: $75.00hr - $80.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture.
  • Mandatory healthcare industry experience.
  • Exposure to healthcare payer operations, claims systems, member experience platforms, G&A functions, audit, compliance, or regulatory workflows.
  • Strong experience with Enterprise Applications, Integration Architecture, API Design & Governance, Cloud Architecture, Microservices, and Distributed Systems.
  • Hands-on development experience with Java, Python, React, and Spring Boot.
  • Experience conducting application assessments, technical Client, and solution validation exercises.
  • Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and govern the target-state architecture across CXI Platform, Claims, G&A, and Agentic AI/Analytics workstreams.
  • Lead architecture review sessions to align current-state assessments, integration requirements, and future-state recommendations.
  • Establish cross-track integration patterns, API strategies, and data flow frameworks.
  • Develop modernization roadmap inputs and technology transformation recommendations.
  • Identify architecture risks, dependencies, constraints, and governance decisions requiring stakeholder alignment.
  • Translate Client insights into practical solution options and executive-ready architecture recommendations.
  • Ensure architectural consistency, scalability, security, and maintainability across enterprise solutions.
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.

  • Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and AI/ML solution architecture.
