Insurity's Next Solution Analyst
Our Solution Analyst will join the Professional Services team at Insurity where they will play a key role in implementing and supporting our Insurity Submission Gateway product.
They will be responsible for turning business requirements into real, working solutions using the Insurity Studio, our low-code configuration toolkit. They will help deliver brand-new Submission Gateway implementations and enhance existing customer products through new features, configuration updates, and bug fixes.
Our ideal candidate is a detail-driven problem solver with experience in Insurance Technology and low code configuration. Excellent analytical and communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting is a must.
What Our Solution Analyst Will Do
  • Configure solutions using Insurity Studio based on requirements, design documentation, and best practices in accordance with estimates provided
  • Develop and execute required feature tests for in scope changes and assigned use cases
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks in project work in a timely manner
  • Assist Project Manager/Scrum Master in developing configuration estimates
  • Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to improve toolkit features and functionality
  • Deliver both large-scale and small-scale configuration projects
  • Other duties as assigned

Who We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 1+ years of experience in the Insurance Software or broader software industry
  • 1+ years of experience working with low code configuration recommended
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira recommended
  • Extensive experience with software applications, including Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams
  • Experience building rate/quote/bind workflows is a strong plus
  • Ability to travel to customer locations: up to 5%
