TEPCON Construction is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Operations Associate who thrives on bringing structure, clarity, and accountability to a fast-moving environment.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the operational heartbeat of a growing construction company while helping ensure teams, priorities, and commitments stay aligned and moving forward.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating people, priorities, and processes while ensuring important commitments dont fall through the cracks. You will serve as a central point of coordination across multiple departments, helping teams stay aligned, informed, and focused on execution.

This is not a traditional administrative position.
