Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end delivery – drive requirements/backlog refinement, technical design and development, and deployment planning/execution (including transition to operations) across Agile and/or waterfall delivery.
• Build high-quality, production-ready solutions – leverage established design patterns and coding standards; automate test coverage and support continuous build/integration practices to reduce defects and production issues.
• Strengthen platform reliability – participate in on-call support, troubleshoot and remediate incidents, lead root-cause analysis, report operational KPIs, and improve patterns/standards/shared libraries to reduce technical debt.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 4–10 years of professional industry experience with software development
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Preferred:
• 2+ years leading teams of four or more software developers (or equivalent technical leadership scope)
• Advanced experience with relevant platforms/applications, including established APIs and key system components (e.g., workflows, process flows, data models, batch jobs, UI components, configuration)
• Strong experience with integration and data transport patterns (synchronous/asynchronous, bulk data, tightly/loosely coupled)
• Experience building on or extending commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications to deliver differentiated business capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to mentor other developers and influence cross-functional partners through complex, ambiguous decisions
