Complete Description:
The client is looking for a resource Application Software Quality Assurance program in conjunction with the application will empower citizens of DC To promote the safe operation of motor vehicles and public safety, while providing outstanding customer service. This application will require development and implementation of application to build a comprehensive digital government experience that empowers residents, businesses, and visitors to navigate the process of driver’s license and support each step along the way. 
 
 The QA Tester will test the application to meet the project objectives and support new or expanding business objectives. This will include requirements review/analysis, creating test cases, test case execution and creating defects for the new or updated software applications. 
 
 Candidate must have technical proficiency for testing Software Applications along with proficiency in Jira. Candidates should be able to participate in the entire development lifecycle from design through deployment. Ability to perform requirements review, write test cases, automate test cases, execute test cases, and create defects is essential. Be able to communicate to the Project Team for defects/issues identified during testing. 
 
 The QA Tester will work in an Agile Team environment to perform software application testing to verify and validate the application requirements are covered, to and improve our internal and client-facing environment. 
 
 The QA Tester will be working in a supportive and fast-paced team with the development team and opportunities to increase your professional knowledge.
 
 
Skills: 
·         Extensive experience with Microfocus Test Tools ALM. Required 6 Years 
·         Experience with Jira. Required 6 Years 
·         Extensive experience in Testing Reports. Required 10 Years
·         Good SQL skills to write SQLs to fetch data from PS tables, for validating table data and testing. Required 10 Years 
·         Communication with project management, clients, and other developers to ensure effective collaboration throughout the testing phase. Required 10 Years 
·         Candidates should be able to participate in the entire development lifecycle from design through deployment. Required 10 Years 
·         Ability to perform requirements review, write test cases, execute test cases, and create defects is essential. Required 8 Years 
·         6-10 yrs. adapting functional business requirements/processes to technical solutions based upon enterprise application solution sets. Required 6 Years 
·         6-10 yrs. experience with one or more of following: investment analysis, data warehousing, e-commerce, ROI analysis, HR analysis, info dissemination. Required 6 Years 
·         6-10 yrs. experience with ERP management processes such as knowledge mgmt., supply chain mgmt., material mgmt., logistics, and procurement. Highly desired 10 Years 
·         Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience. Required 
·         Candidate must qualify for a STaR2 Journeyman Labor Category. Required
