You will help ensure that delivered solutions are accurate, secure, reliable, usable, and ready for mission operations.
We welcome candidates from software testing, quality assurance, systems testing, functional testing, user acceptance testing, business-process testing, data validation, and API-testing backgrounds. As the Software Tester/QA Analyst, you will:
  • Analyze requirements and acceptance criteria, then develop and maintain test plans, test cases, procedures, scenarios, test data, and expected results.
  • Perform applicable functional, workflow, integration, regression, system, data, interface, role-based access, performance, and user acceptance testing.
  • Validate business rules, calculations, data transformations, dashboard results, APIs, interfaces, permissions, error handling, and end-to-end mission processes.
  • Identify, document, prioritize, track, retest, and verify defects in close collaboration with developers, analysts, Product Owners, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain requirements traceability, testing evidence, results, metrics, status reporting, and release-readiness information.
  • Support test-environment preparation, test-data management, deployment validation, troubleshooting, demonstrations, and continuous improvement of quality practices.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
  • Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
  • Current DoD 8140/8570-compliant baseline certification appropriate to the assigned position, such as Security+, CySA+, GSEC, SSCP, or another approved credential.
  • U.S. citizenship.
  • Three or more years of relevant experience in software testing, quality assurance, systems testing, data validation, business-process testing, user acceptance testing, or a related function; equivalent education, training, certifications, and experience will be considered.
  • Experience developing and executing test cases and documenting, tracking, retesting, and verifying defects.
  • Understanding of software delivery and testing lifecycles, requirements, acceptance criteria, traceability, and release readiness, supported by strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting federal or DoD customers and Agile delivery teams.
  • Experience testing low-code applications, automated workflows, dashboards, APIs, data integrations, cloud applications, or role-based access controls.
  • Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Postman, Selenium, Playwright, or comparable test and defect-management tools; experience with every listed tool is not required.
  • Experience with automated testing, performance testing, accessibility testing, or security-focused validation.
