Job description

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to manage client-facing software implementation projects from initiation through delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic consulting environment, brings a structured and detail-oriented approach to execution, and is comfortable leading both clients and internal teams. As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams, maintaining alignment with client goals, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of client software implementation projects Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, trust-based relationships Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA, etc.) to achieve project goals Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders on progress, risks, and dependencies Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues before they impact delivery Ensure high standards of quality and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle Drive organization and structure across multiple concurrent projects Adapt processes and workflows to fit project needs in an agile, flexible environment Qualifications 8-10 years of experience in project leadership, preferably within software consulting or implementation environments Proven ability to manage complex, client-facing projects with cross-functional teams Strong organizational skills with a highly methodical and detail-oriented approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working directly with clients, including managing expectations and navigating ambiguity Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms Ability to operate effectively in an agile environment without reliance on rigid frameworks Demonstrated ability to prioritize, adapt, and stay flexible in a fast-paced setting Nice to Have Prior experience in a software consulting or professional services environment Familiarity with agile principles and practices Certifications such as CSM or PMP (not required) What We're Looking For A structured thinker who brings clarity and order to complex projects A strong communicator who can translate between technical teams and business stakeholders A proactive problem solver who anticipates challenges and drives solutions A flexible leader who thrives in evolving environments and embraces an agile mindset About SOLTECH SOLTECH is a leading national technology company based in Atlanta, driven by a steadfast commitment to integrity, strong company values, and customer centricity.
