Job description

Barbaricum is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead execution under the Counter-UAS, Emerging Threats Solutions Systems, Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (CETS SETA) contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of all contract support activities.
  • Interface with government personnel.
  • Formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, ensure conformance to work standards. 
  • Interpret policies, purposes, and goals of the organizations for subordinates
  • Manage logistics support analysis for military systems. 
  • Manage systems safety studies. Identify, acquire and utilize company resources to achieve project technical objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI.
  • Active Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) PM Level III certification.
  • Twelve (12) years of progressive experience in design and development.
  • Five (5) years management and supervision of substantive military hardware/software development
  • Five (5) years systems analysis.
  • Military experience E5 and up A minimum of ten years of DoD related program management with U.S. military and/or other Government agencies.
