What is a software product owner?

A Software Product Owner is a key member of a software development team who is responsible for defining the features and requirements of a product and ensuring that the development team delivers value to customers. They act as the liaison between stakeholders and the development team, prioritizing the product backlog and making decisions about what features should be built next.
