Job Description Manager of Software and Data Solutions Location: Indianapolis, IN Pay: $130K Direct Hire Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for a Manager of Software and Data Solutions to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This person will lead a stable, established team, partnering closely with the team's architect. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance management to the software and data team Partner with the software and data architect to translate the architectural vision into executable plans and standards Establish and track metrics related to delivery, quality, team performance, and service delivery Coordinate with business users on projects, timelines, milestones, and implementations Work with third-party vendors on off-the-shelf applications used in the business REQUIREMENTS: Experience leading and managing a team of similar size Strong technical understanding of software development and data Strong organization, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills, along with exceptional customer service skills PREFERRED SKILLS: Bachelor's degree Experience working in a regulated environment such as energy, utilities, or healthcare TERMS: This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary of $130K based on experience.
